Allure Limo is trying to bring cars like the specified time source. Nevertheless, the unpredictable “plug” on the roads of Long Island may lead to some delay on your order and an increase in the duration of the trip. If you have any difficulties with your order we will immediately notify the passenger, so please always provide the phone number of the passenger. We recommend you to travel in peak hours to plan out time to 30-60 minutes earlier than usual and follow our recommendations for the calculation of travel time.
Meeting at the airports and train stations
Providing your convenience, to meet guests at airports, railway stations and hotels, we use special plates of Allure Limo.
Timeout
We offer a free 15 minutes of the order until your exit to the car. If you are late more than 15 minutes, you need to confirm further wait and make a down payment for the trip, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Trip
After landing in the car, the driver can check with your destination and preferred travel route. If the route proposed will not, the driver will take you to a place on the route that the driver deems optimal. Passengers must wear seat belts. The speed and order of movements are determined by the Rules of the road. Drivers may not violate them, even at the request of the passenger. The driver has the right to refuse service if the number of passengers or baggage pieces exceeding capacity of the vehicle. Not smoking and drinking alcohol in the car.
Payment
You can pay by cash or travel credit card (when ordering a personal car). We accept major payment card systems: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO. Unfortunately, the quality is not always possible to take payment using a bank card and the driver can drive up to offer free of charge to the nearest ATM for what would you withdrew cash.
